Recent developments in professional practice
This curriculum provides a solid foundation to my knowledge of the role and responsibilities of nurse leaders in interacting with patients to provide evidence-based healthcare practices. A practicum providing health services should combine communication skills to increase collaboration between health care stakeholders and lead to the formulation of a change plan.
Individual weaknesses and personal assets
I am glad that I was able, in hindsight to show that the stakeholders showed professional conduct. In reflecting on my learnings from this module, I realize that I still have not fully understood the professional behaviour of nurses health care providers based upon evidence-based practice to provide patient-centered care.

Interprofessional behaviour norms are essential for professional nursing care. Nursing care is not possible if nurses don’t follow the professional code of conduct. It is crucial for leaders and supervisors to create leadership models that align with their organization’s needs, as well as the patient’s. The module provides a structure and outlines how individuals should behave.
In order to successfully implement a change plan procedure, it is important that both academic researchers and healthcare professionals are involved in the process. These lessons have helped me to improve my knowledge about how to create change in health care organisations with the least amount of pushback from nurses. This lesson will be an invaluable asset in my career as a nurse leader.
