Evaluators will periodically evaluate the effort. Both the successes and failures will be documented. This team will track the achievement of milestones and their effects on community members as well as nurses. It will be a process that allows for a more systematic assessment of the extent to which the project has met its goals. Additionally, it will provide an overview of both the strengths and the weaknesses to help with improvement. The present review will provide stakeholders with a clear demonstration of early efforts and a recommendation. These suggestions will help the committee make accurate, repeatable judgements on culture-sensitive treatment.
An external assessor will be hired by the project manager to improve the precision of their report. Each six-week period, an external assessor will examine the progress of the project and prepare a recommendation report that is sent to the advisory boards and all other stakeholders.
Summative and formative assessments of project performance are part of the evaluation process. The project’s effectiveness and processes will be the focus of the formative assessment. Activities that were completed according to schedules are also considered. (Rrtveit, et. al., 2020). A summative analysis will evaluate the implementation process as well as the behavioral impacts on nurses and other target groups. Strategy will evaluate the short-term results, including the observed growth of nurses’ proficiency. If there is a significant shift in community health-seeking behaviour, it would suggest that people have adopted the strategy. Additionally, the intermediate and longer-term effects will be assessed.
To collect data, the evaluators can use visual confirmations and structured interviews with participants to confirm their attendance, record records of community members, indicators at the community level, experimental results, meeting minutes, or other methods.
