Teenagers can be vulnerable and have a hard time coping with sadness. Although it is difficult to determine the level of help adolescents require to overcome obstacles in their lives, However, we know that the effects of sorrow on humans can be devastating, especially in adolescents who experience psychological and physiological changes. Multiple variables may affect or effect the amounts of sorrow that adolescents experience (Robin & Omar, 2014). These factors include the ability to connect with affected persons and their support network, as well as the character of the teenager facing the issue. Effective systems must be implemented to teach young people how to deal with loss. This ability is intended to ensure that teens can look at life with a positive outlook, regardless of how they are related to the deceased.
Target audience
This research focuses mainly on teens aged 13-18 who are experiencing everyday sorrow. These young people may experience anxiety or worry, which can affect the quality and enjoyment of their lives. To reach more people, the study will be focused on underprivileged residents. The study will ensure that these youth have access to a stable support system for coping with the loss. This will address the rising problem of crime, which could be partly due to depression and other behavioral problems that result from a youth’s inability to cope with the loss. The schools and other community organizations will be key in helping youth to develop their skills. The recruitment of teenagers is crucial. The focus of the program will be on developing a comprehensive and integrated strategy to help teens cope with death.
Employment
Recruitment will occur in schools that offer programs designed for attracting and training adolescents aged 13-18. This initiative will include other social organizations such as community parks and religious institutions to ensure its effectiveness in recruiting.
Composition
Consequently, all demographic groups experience loss, requiring a strategy that ensures all community members, regardless of orientation and group, are equipped with the essential coping skills (Robin & Omar, 2014). It will include between 50 and 100 adolescents who have experienced loss or are looking for ways to cope with future grief. To ensure that adolescents have the right information and knowledge, the counselors will be available to them (Tyson–Rawson 2017, 2017). The organization’s composition will provide teens the opportunity to share knowledge and participate in it without being intimidated by the more senior members of society.
