Ajanta Packaging has become a successful and well-known corporation in India. The customer’s initial management techniques were quite simple. However, with the rapid expansion of the company and its growing clientele, these approaches became increasingly complex. Ajanta needs to use the best CRM technology available in order increase company value and return on investment, as well as customer management skills. Salesforce was the most suitable CRM solution for Ajanta. (Magazine 2017, 2017). Salesforce is the best marketing automation software. The customer is given priority. This will increase the company’s growth and development. Ajanta will be able to organize all accounts within a single network using Salesforce. This allows staff to work in the same way while reviewing and scrutinizing each account’s data. It will be difficult work for Ajanta but it will bring about increased production and more value. I also believe that this will improve client relationships. Most of organizational information is new to me. Nevertheless, two concepts that caught my attention were technology and supply chain management. These ideas may help to bridge gaps and increase organizational effectiveness (Yin 2018,).
