Because it encourages students to create and execute solutions, regardless of their academic obstacles or problems, providing instructional intervention is essential. To address this issue, I was mentored by a teacher who agreed with me that monitoring the classroom and identifying English-language arts learning problems in students is essential. In order to find the areas that need attention, it was necessary to carefully observe and evaluate student behaviours, emotions and academic performances. My mentor taught me that students were essential to the development of successful strategies. Three categories were used to determine which students had learning disabilities: the ones with mental and emotional needs, those who have cognitive challenges, and those who are physically challenged.
This particular class had the most children who were diagnosed as cognitively impaired. P and W both reported language difficulties. Students X and P, on the other hand, struggled to balance multiple responsibilities. An evaluation that used written language to evaluate two students led to their discovery. These children were unable to understand CCVC or CVC words. They also had trouble with English. Student P, one of the pupils had problems with spoken and written languages, so it was necessary to use more precise techniques. However, Student P struggled to comprehend written language while the other pupils could understand what was being said in English. It became apparent that student X was unable, due to multiple task issues, to complete several tasks at once. It was difficult for students X to finish class or group assignments. This included note-taking, which required simultaneous reading and writing.
The next step in providing support and education interventions was to engage the students. The children first were informed about their deficiencies. They then received appropriate treatment based on their reactions. Student W and X acknowledged their weaknesses and cited them for their low academic performance in ELA. But Student P was unable to admit that he has learning difficulties.
