Salvation Army: Persuasive speech
The purpose statement is to make people aware of the Salvation Army, and to encourage them to donate to it.
Statement of purpose
Introduction: This is what grabs attention. International Christian charity, the Salvation Army has provided humanitarian aid to third-world nations and relief for millions of people, especially those living in poverty. Its sole source of information is found in the Bible. This ministry is driven by the love for God and humankind.
Salvation Army’s mission statement is: Salvation Army serves one purpose. The gospel of Christ’s exile from the Earth and the service to the earth ministry, which includes meeting the needs of the people under the name Jesus.
Credibility/ Motivation: I did extensive research on the Salvation Army. This has been the inspiration for much of their charity work.
Thesis Statement : The Salvation Army or Thesis is an internationally Christian organization which provides relief and charity during natural catastrophes. The Salvation Army also provides humanitarian aid to African countries.
