How is the COVID-19 pandemic affecting organizational operations and how did COVID-19 affect the development of your project?

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on organizational operations around the world. In particular, it has caused many businesses to adjust their processes in order to adhere to new safety protocols and limit person-to-person contact as much as possible. This has included high levels of remote working, increased emphasis on digital communications and services, as well as the implementation of other innovative solutions that aim to protect employee health while still allowing them to perform their duties.

As for my project specifically, I was able to continue working on it despite the various challenges posed by the pandemic. However, this did require me take certain measures such as gathering data virtually instead of face-to-face meetings which took more time than if I had been able to meet with individuals personally. Additionally, due to travel restrictions certain stakeholders were unable attend key meetings which created further delays in making progress towards completion. Nonetheless, by adapting quickly and utilizing available resources I was eventually able to finish my work within a reasonable timeframe despite these difficulties
