In order complete my analysis of customer profitability before any marketing I would need additional data such as the customer’s purchase history, lifetime value of each customer and average purchase size. This information will help me gain a better understanding of how much revenue they are generating for us since it will allow me calculate their overall contribution towards organization’s bottom line. Additionally, other metrics like repeat purchase rates or sales conversion rates should also be taken into account order get more comprehensive picture overall.

Furthermore, past performance data can also be useful when trying determine if there are any key trends that we should be aware of when formulating our strategies going forward. Knowing things like which products/services perform best or worst during certain times year can provide important insights into changing consumer behavior thus allowing us make better decisions when it comes down utilizing our resources efficiently.
