The qualities of a successful leader include having strong communication skills, motivation and decision-making abilities. Additionally, leaders should also be able to inspire trust and confidence in their team members while being able to handle diverse tasks with efficiency. They must also possess a creative mindset which allows them come up with innovative ideas that can help organization move forward in terms of growth and development.

In comparison, my own leadership characteristics focus on taking an analytical approach problem solving while at same time staying organized when it comes down project management. I am also quite good developing strategies order ensure everything runs smoothly plus have knack for delegating tasks appropriately based on individual’s strengths/weaknesses thus allowing me maximize potential output generated each person involved process.

Overall, these are some key traits that I believe will prove beneficial any role I take up within organization due combination both managerial organizational skills plus ability motivate direct those working me efficiently thus providing solid foundation build upon further down line.
