Identify actions to be considered in the transition from student to BSN graduate nurse.   

When transitioning from student to BSN graduate nurse there are many actions that should be considered. The first is completing any remaining clinical hours  required for graduation or to obtain a license . This includes ensuring all paperwork is submitted correctly and on-time, attending any necessary exams or tests related to the program , and obtaining a satisfactory evaluation from preceptors.

In addition to this, future graduates can start preparing for their job search through activities such as developing a resume & cover letter ,creating profiles on professional websites such as LinkedIn,  or meeting with potential employers in order to network & gain exposure.

New grads may also want to take advantage of learning opportunities available within their field of practice by attending conferences & workshops related to their specialty or joining local organizations associated with nursing. It is important for new nurses to always strive towards personal growth by taking advantage of these resources which will help develop skills needed in the workforce while also connecting them with other professionals who have similar interests. Finally ,new graduates should consider brushing up on knowledge specific to their roles prior beginning work so they feel adequately prepared when starting out .
