As a leader in my workplace, I plan to use my current skill set to advocate for change. Specifically, I will utilize my communication and problem-solving skills to help identify solutions that can improve the organization as a whole. This includes engaging in open dialogue with fellow employees & superiors regarding any potential issues or areas of improvement they have observed while also gathering feedback from customers in order to gain insights into their experience .

Furthermore ,I will strive to stay informed about relevant regulations & policies that may affect the workplace so we can ensure compliance with all applicable laws & standards. Additionally ,I will work hard to collaborate with colleagues when researching & implementing new ideas which could benefit the company . Such activities could involve creating teams tasked with brainstorming innovative approaches or attending networking events in order to build relationships with other professionals who have had success within our industry.

Ultimately ,my goal is to continue developing my leadership capabilities so I can better recognize opportunities and be prepared when advocating for changes which would help our organization reach its fullest potential .
