To develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and work packages for my Course Project, I will be using Microsoft Project. This software is an ideal solution for this task because it allows me to create a detailed outline of my project from beginning to end. It also provides features such as Gantt charts and timelines that help visualize the process and make sure I stay on track with deadlines.I can also use Microsoft Project to assign tasks to team members, including assigning dependencies between tasks so that everyone knows what needs to be done in order for the project to be completed successfully.
