On another occasion I noticed that people were making snide remarks behind each other’s back while also having little patience when it came hearing out different points view; this kind unprofessional behavior can quickly lead an environment hostility where everyone just sees themselves as being right no matter how wrong they might actually be.Overall then there definitely exist moments where civility breaks down which can take toll on morale if left unchecked; thankfully though our management team is quite proactive about addressing such issues as soon as they arise ensuring that everyone feels respected regardless of their position or background. Moving forward I think it would be beneficial for all involved if we could find ways increase understanding between colleagues by engaging in more meaningful conversations which focus on what we can learn from each other instead simply trying win every argument.
