As an Advance Practice RN, my professional goals related to nursing include:

- Advancing my knowledge and skills: I strive to continuously advance my knowledge and skills through continuing education, professional development, and pursuing advanced certifications in my area of practice.
- Advocating for my patients: I believe in being a strong patient advocate, ensuring that my patients receive the care they need and deserve. This includes advocating for their rights, promoting their autonomy, and ensuring that their voices are heard.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams: I recognize the importance of collaboration and teamwork in providing high-quality care. I strive to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that my patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

In terms of Medicare reimbursement writing, as an Advance Practice RN, I understand the importance of accurate and comprehensive documentation to support the services provided. I also strive to stay up-to-date with any changes in Medicare reimbursement policies and regulations, to ensure that my documentation meets the latest requirements.
