As a future advanced practice nurse, I plan to integrate both theoretical concepts and the selected Essential into my daily practice in order to improve patient outcomes. This includes utilizing evidence-based practice (EBP) approaches when making clinical decisions, incorporating interdisciplinary collaboration when necessary and ensuring that all individuals receive culturally sensitive care. Additionally, I will also ensure that I stay up to date with current advancements in healthcare by regularly engaging in continuing educational opportunities.

In terms of EBP, this involves breaking down complex problems into smaller components which allows for greater exploration of potential treatments or interventions. By doing so it will enable me to identify the most effective approach while taking into account individual preferences or needs which can ultimately lead to improved health outcomes.
