Use the STAR Model to develop a sound story or action you were involved in to include the use of STAR (Situation, Time, Action, and Response). 

I had the opportunity to use the STAR Model to develop a sound story involving a situation that occurred at my previous job. The Situation was that I was asked by my supervisor to lead a team project for an upcoming event. It was Time-sensitive, as there were strict deadlines we needed to meet in order to successfully complete the task. My Action was taking initiative and delegating tasks amongst our team while providing guidance when needed. This allowed us to efficiently complete various aspects of the project with enough time left over for quality assurance testing before our deadline.

The Response from both my supervisor and our clientele was overwhelmingly positive as they commended us on completing such a challenging task on schedule. This experience affirmed my belief that high performance can be achieved through effective collaboration and clear direction, allowing teams of all sizes achieve their goals regardless of obstacles.
