My system wide improvement project seeks to improve the quality of care provided to patients in a healthcare setting by streamlining data collection and analysis processes. The goal is to create an efficient, cost-effective solution that can track patient progress over time while allowing for more accurate assessments which can then be used to adjust protocols as needed. This could include utilizing existing medical record systems or implementing new technologies such as wearable devices or telemedicine platforms.
