The organization I selected is a rural health clinic that offers primary care services to Medicare patients. This clinic also provides outreach programs which focus on educating the community about preventative measures for maintaining their health. Additionally they will provide assistance with forms such as applications for disability benefits or long-term care insurance so that the elderly population can take full advantage of available resources.
