What’s your motivation to become a Registered Nurse (any experiences in the health industry).

My motivation to become a Registered Nurse (RN) stems from my lifelong interest in healthcare, which has grown over the years through my involvement in various activities within this field. As a young student, I volunteered at local hospitals and clinics where I was exposed to different aspects of patient care that sparked my curiosity and inspired me to pursue more hands-on experience in the healthcare industry. Furthermore, throughout college I took courses related to medicine and nursing while also working part-time as an emergency room assistant; these experiences gave me insight into what it takes to be a successful RN. Finally, after researching various nursing specialties such as oncology or pediatric care, I discovered a passion for providing holistic patient care which motivated me even further towards pursuing this career path. All these combined factors have shaped my desire to become an RN so that I can help improve people’s lives through compassionate care and dedication to their wellbeing.
