What are your expectations of the Nurse Residency Program and how will it help you achieve your goals?

My expectations of the Nurse Residency Program are that it will provide me with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience to become an effective nurse practitioner. I am looking forward to learning more about evidence-based practice and developing my clinical skills through hands-on training. Additionally, I expect to gain greater insight into how healthcare systems are organized which will help me understand how best to work within them in order to provide quality care for patients.

Furthermore, I anticipate that this program will also provide me with a network of mentors and peers who can offer support as well as resources which may not be available elsewhere. Ultimately, these experiences should enable me to reach my personal and professional goals while also contributing positively towards the wider field of nursing. By participating in this program I hope to acquire the tools needed for success both now and in the future.
