Assignment 2 – problem solving
In order to analyze this problem further it would be important to understand what factors are causing this disconnect between departments. This could include identifying if there are any cultural issues or differences in outlooks among employees, as well as assessing how current organizational structures and procedures might be hindering collaboration efforts. Additionally, gathering feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the company’s products or services can provide valuable insights into potential areas of improvement that should be addressed.
Overall, this issue needs to be carefully studied in order for the organization to create effective solutions that promote better communication throughout all levels of the business and improve customer service over time.
