What is your biggest Weakness? Describe how you resolved conflict with a co-worker or patient?

My biggest weakness is my lack of experience in certain areas. Even though I am knowledgeable about the job duties and have a good understanding of what is expected, there are times when I do not feel confident enough to handle a particular situation without help or guidance. However, I have found that this can be addressed by doing research on the subject and asking questions to people who are more experienced than me. This has allowed me to become better informed on issues which in turn helps build my confidence.

I also believe communication is key when it comes to resolving conflict with co-workers or patients; listening carefully and trying understand their perspective has enabled me successfully address any disagreements we may have had no matter what challenge presents itself before us under given circumstances whatever happens along way ultimately leading successful outcome when all said done. Additionally, having open dialogue rather than being confrontational whenever possible also helps create environment both parties feel comfortable expressing opinions without fear judgement thus allowing resolution come about faster if were looking resolve issue quickly while still maintaining respect between everyone involved.
