Deliverable 5 – evaluating a company’s culture for diversity
For example, cultures with high power distances tend to be more hierarchical in nature where decisions made by those at the top are respected without question. In contrast, those with low power distances are generally more egalitarian and encourage open discussion when making decisions. To manage this dimension effectively it is important to ensure that communication channels between all levels of staff remain open while also maintaining respect for any rules or regulations put in place.
In addition to this individuals should also be aware of any potential differences may exist among employees terms values beliefs etc. order properly address them head any issues come up before they become larger problems no matter what challenge presents itself before us under given situation thus leading successful outcome when all said done.
