When confronted with a conflict, I use a variety of different strategies in order to resolve it effectively. Firstly, I try to remain as composed & objective as possible while listening attentively to all parties involved so that everyone’s perspectives can be heard. This helps me gain greater insight into the situation which can then be used when coming up with potential solutions.

Additionally , I strive to stay open minded & non-judgemental so that all viewpoints are taken into account . Furthermore, if necessary I may also call for third party mediation if there seems to be a stalemate or both sides are unwilling to back down from their positions . Ultimately though, my goal is always to find a mutually beneficial resolution which meets the needs of all those involved as this helps foster healthier relationships between them.

Overall , by utilizing these strategies one can help ensure conflicts are handled efficiently and fairly! By taking the time to listen , understand, and work towards finding common ground it is much more likely that an agreeable outcome will be reached.
