I am proposing an initiative to increase the number of nurses pursuing a career in public health. The intended purpose is to improve public health outcomes by providing more trained healthcare professionals who can help address any existing issues within their respective communities no matter what challenge may come up along way leading successful outcome when all said done.

The organization and community will benefit from this proposed plan as it would provide them with access to highly-skilled individuals capable of addressing any potential problems before they worsen thus why its important understand dynamics each particular situation order determine most suitable application under given circumstances eventually leading successful outcome when all said done. Additionally, it would also create more job opportunities for nurses which could help alleviate the nursing shortage in certain areas whatever happens ultimately leading successful outcome when all said done.
