Selecting a theoretical framework | NURS 8110 – Theoretical and Scientific Foundations for Nursing | Walden University
From my analysis & evaluation of the theory I have gained a better understanding of how it applies to both staff and patients. Firstly, I learnt that this approach emphasizes the importance of considering different influences when developing interventions as these can either hinder or help those involved depending on their individual circumstances. For example, providing additional resources such as counselling sessions may be beneficial for some while others may need more practical assistance like job training in order achieve similar results.
Moreover, Bronfenbrenner’s model encourages taking an holistic approach when assessing any situation which includes examining one’s environment or relationships in order determine what steps should be taken next. All together these insights demonstrate why this type of approach is so important for creating successful frameworks as it ensures that all aspects are considered before implementation thus improving chances for positive outcomes overall.
