The health care organization I am discussing is a network of primary and specialty care clinics located in the geographic region of South Florida. The network provides services such as family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, geriatrics and obstetrics/gynecology among others. Based on my findings, this organization appears to have an adequate readiness level for growth given that it has well-established facilities, experienced staff members and good quality control measures.

In order to ensure successful growth of this network while maintaining patient satisfaction I would recommend implementing a strategic plan focusing on nurse staffing, resource management and other factors. To begin with, nurses should be adequately trained and encouraged to increase their knowledge base along with providing them with continuing education opportunities in order to promote better job satisfaction leading to higher retention rates. Additionally money management strategies should also be employed such as tracking spending trends in order to identify areas where resources could be conserved or redirected towards more beneficial initiatives.

Furthermore, the use of financial incentives for employee performance improvement may also help improve patient satisfaction scores by motivating personnel members which can then lead through improved care outcomes for patients. Finally, the development of meaningful relationships between physicians and staff by creating positive working environments will also help foster a sense of collaboration resulting in increased efficiency during workflows.

Overall these suggestions are aimed at improving both nurse staffing levels while concurrently increasing organizational performance across all departments within the healthcare system through better resource utilization among personnel and cost savings wherever feasible while still promoting high quality healthcare services throughout its service area.
