Customer service on the job
The problem in the customer interaction from the standpoint of the customer is that they are not getting their needs met. Specifically, it appears that there has been a lack of communication between the customer and the business which has led to confusion over what was promised and how long it would take for delivery. Furthermore, there appears to be an issue with customer service as well since the customer is expressing frustration with receiving misinformation and not being given an adequate response when attempting to resolve the issue. Additionally, any potential delays or unexpected costs may have caused further dissatisfaction which could potentially lead to lost customers if not addressed quickly.
