My chosen organization is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing services to homeless youth in my local community. In this regard, the best value discipline that this company could adopt would be Operational Excellence; wherein it focuses on delivering high quality products/services at low costs so as to maximize efficiency given its limited resources. This approach should enable them better serve their target market while ensuring that no funds are wasted unnecessarily.

In terms of generic strategy, Cost Leadership would likely be most suitable for this entity since such an approach would allow it to provide essential aid & support services without having to worry about generating profits through conventional means. Furthermore when considering grand strategy; Market Penetration should prove beneficial given that this company can utilize its existing client base & reputation when attempting to attract more customers going forward.

Ultimately though these approaches may need tweaking depending on how things progress over time but with a good understanding of all available options, firms like mine should have no problem finding ways of effectively achieving their goals moving forward.
