Operating Cash Flow: Operating cash flow is the net amount of money generated by a company’s core business activities. This can include revenues from sales, cost savings due to efficient operations, and other sources such as dividends or interest income. If this number is positive then it indicates that the company has been able to generate enough funds from its core operations to cover expenses while still generating profits. On the other hand, negative operating cash flows can indicate that more money is being spent than earned which could lead to potential financial difficulties over time.

Investing Cash Flow: Investing cash flow measures the net amount of money generated by non-operational activities such as capital investments in plant and equipment or into new projects. Positive investing cash flows signify that more money was made through investments than was spent on them while negative numbers suggest that more money was spent than earned which could potentially diminish returns in the long run if not corrected.

Financing Cash Flow: Financing cash flow reveals how much money was raised or paid out for financing related activities such as issuing bonds or repaying debt obligations. Negative values here typically mean that a company has used up more liquidity than it generated whereas positive numbers generally indicate an increase in available resources.
