Describe a recent decision you made in terms of the process you used and how you evaluated the effectiveness of your decision.

Recently I had to make a decision on whether or not to hire a new employee for my business. To make this decision, I evaluated the current needs of the organization and identified what kind of skills were required in order to fill these needs. After considering potential candidates, I conducted interviews with them and assessed which candidate was best suited for the job based on their qualifications and experience. Once I had made my selection, I further evaluated the effectiveness of my decision by setting up goals and milestones that needed to be achieved within a certain period of time as well as creating an evaluation system which would help me measure progress towards these goals. Finally, after several months of monitoring performance, I was able to determine if my original decision had been effective or not – allowing me to adjust accordingly if necessary.
