The impact of open migration policy on aging South Korean economy.

The open migration policy of South Korea has had a significant impact on the aging economy. The influx of foreign workers into the country has helped to alleviate some of the labour shortages that have long been a problem due to its rapidly aging population. Additionally, these new arrivals have brought with them renewed energy and fresh ideas which have contributed to an overall improvement in productivity and efficiency across many industries.
