Write a memo and reflect your current vision and strategy as to your education, career, future strategy and expectations as to how you will achieve and obtain those strategic goals and objectives. 

As I look ahead to the future, I have a clear vision of what I want to achieve and how I will get there. My long-term goal is to become an expert in my chosen field by studying hard and achieving academic excellence. To this end, I am currently enrolled in college courses that will help me reach my educational goals as well as build professional skills such as communications and problem-solving. Additionally, I plan on participating in extracurricular activities such as internships or joining student organizations which can provide useful connections and experience going forward.

In terms of career aspirations, my focus is on gaining meaningful work experience so that when it comes time to search for a job –I’ll have a more competitive edge over other applicants. In order to do this, however; It is important that I stay up-to-date with industry trends & technological advancements etc., since knowing these things could be crucial when applying for certain positions.

Overall then my strategy has been created with the aim of helping me better prepare myself academically/professionally – so that when the time eventually comes -I’ll be able to pursue any opportunities available confidently & successfully going forward.
