When I first began working on my proposed solution to address the problem, issue, suggestion, initiative or educational need, my initial idea was to create an online course that would provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the topic. After further research and reflection however, I realized that this approach might not be suitable for all learners as it does not offer any flexibility in how they learn or consult their peers.

As such, I decided to modify my plan and instead focus on creating a series of interactive webinars which would allow students to gain knowledge at their own pace while also interacting with experts in the field. In addition, by incorporating multimedia elements into these sessions such as videos and quizzes I felt that more information could be absorbed while also providing a more engaging experience overall.

Ultimately, by making these changes to my initial plan I believe that I have created an effective yet flexible solution which will help ensure learning outcomes are achieved while still allowing students autonomy over how they study. My current perspective has been shaped by numerous conversations with various stakeholders as well as additional research on best practices when it comes to education delivery methods.
