Tom is displaying behaviors that could be classified as Dominant, meaning he is assertive and highly argumentative. He often talks over or interrupts others during conversations and dismisses their ideas without engaging in meaningful dialogue. Additionally, he can come off as intimidating which can make it difficult for other members of the team to feel comfortable speaking up.

Sally’s behavior can best be described as Steady. She tends to stay calm during disagreements and takes a measured approach when making decisions. Nonetheless, she can also appear passive at times which prevents her from fully contributing towards discussions.

Stephanie displays traits associated with the Influencing style by being very talkative and passionate about her opinions but also willing to listen to those of others. Although she is well-liked on the team, her enthusiasm may sometimes overshadow more important considerations.

Finally, Dante has been identified as having a Conscientious style due to his tendency to focus on details while overlooking bigger picture issues. This can lead him to become overly critical or analytical in his approach which could impede progress within the group .
