One internal method for the dissemination of my evidence-based change proposal would be to host an in-person presentation. This would involve creating a visual aid such as a slide show that outlines the current issues, proposed changes, and any supporting research or data. During this presentation, I could walk attendees through my ideas and answer any questions they may have to ensure everyone is on board with the plan.

Meanwhile, an external way to disseminate the same information would be via social media platforms such as Twitter or LinkedIn. This can help reach larger audiences who may not have been able to attend the initial presentation while also allowing them to access more detailed information when necessary. Additionally , by using social media it is possible to track engagement levels which can provide useful feedback regarding how successful my proposal was in terms of gaining support from people outside of our organization.
