Individual analysis and report – kenexa
The table below displays a correlation matrix for employee variables (E-M) and customer variables (N-R). This analysis provides insights into the relationships between these two groups of variables. Generally, we can see that there is a strong positive correlation between employee satisfaction and customer engagement as well as employee happiness and customer retention rate. Similarly, an increase in customer loyalty also appears to be associated with higher levels of employee morale.
On the other hand, there does not appear to be much of a relationship between team cohesion and customer satisfaction which suggests that businesses should focus their efforts on improving other aspects such as communication or collaboration in order to improve overall performance outcomes.
Overall, this correlation matrix helps us gain valuable insights into how different elements within an organization interact with each other and can provide valuable guidance towards formulating effective strategies for optimizing long term success.
