Yes, I did feel like I was appropriately and adequately trained on the EHR that my healthcare facility uses. Before I began working here, we had a comprehensive training program to ensure that all staff members were familiar with the system’s features and how to use them properly. This included both classroom instruction as well as hands-on practice so that everyone could get comfortable using the technology. Additionally, there were multiple opportunities for questions and the trainers were always available when needed.

Once we started our shifts at the clinic, there was always someone around who could assist us if we encountered any issues or needed help navigating through certain sections of the software. We also had access to a knowledgebase online where detailed instructions on various tasks such as filing patient information or generating reports could be found if needed. Even though it took some time for me to get completely comfortable using this EHR system due to its complexity, overall I am confident in my ability to use it efficiently now thanks to appropriate and adequate training provided by my healthcare facility.
