If I was tasked with developing ideas to present to a group based on a Nightingale approach, I would begin by researching the life and work of Florence Nightingale. This would help me gain an understanding of what she believed in terms of healthcare and how it should be delivered. Additionally, by familiarizing myself with her writings – particularly those related to nursing practice – I could find inspiration for my own ideas.

Once I had done this background research, I would then turn my attention towards gathering information from stakeholders such as medical professionals or members of the community so that any solutions proposed were tailored towards their needs; this could involve conducting interviews or focus groups in order to get a better picture of what issues are currently being faced.

Once I had collated enough data, I would then start brainstorming potential solutions focusing on areas where improvements can be made while keeping within Nightingale’s beliefs around healthcare; this could involve anything from introducing new technology into hospitals to creating educational programs which promote healthy lifestyles amongst different age groups.
