As part of my strategic planning, I derived my objectives from my vision, mission, values and SWOTT analysis. My vision is to be an industry leader in providing innovative products and services which promote a healthy lifestyle. My mission statement reflects this goal by emphasizing the importance of creating a positive impact on our customers’ lives through quality products and customer service. As such, I have established core values of integrity, respect and collaboration which are essential to achieving success in any business venture.
Through my SWOTT analysis I identified strengths such as existing customer loyalty, well-established brand recognition and access to capital; weaknesses such as limited technological capabilities; opportunities for growth within new markets; threats from competitors offering similar products or services; and trends towards increasing demand for health-conscious alternatives. From these findings I was able to develop objectives that include expanding into new markets through targeted advertising campaigns; investing in technology development to gain competitive advantage over rivals; improving customer service protocols with more personalized interactions; and launching product lines that capitalize on the growing demand for health-related items.
In conclusion, careful consideration of all aspects related to my vision , mission , values & SWOTT analysis has enabled me identify relevant goals & objectives thereby allowing me allocate resources efficiently while simultaneously catering changing needs associated with particular sector thus enabling me reach desired outcomes much faster than would have been possible otherwise.
