In order to combat the issue of lack of resources, my strategy would be to secure funding for necessary tools such as technology or staff in order to sustain an effective implementation plan going forward. I would also look into potential grants or partnerships with other organizations that may be able to support this initiative. Additionally, it is important to ensure that there is proper budgeting and allocation of funds in order for this project to continue running smoothly.

The second barrier I anticipate is inadequate training as new personnel come on board or existing staff requires refreshers for best practices in using the system. My solution here would be providing ongoing education opportunities including regularly scheduled trainings both online and in person so everyone can stay up-to-date on how they should use the system while having access to assistance if needed.
