In response to the given problem, I decided to implement a system that would optimize the workflow process for both teams. To achieve this, I identified key areas of overlap between their functions and then developed a plan that would take advantage of these synergies. This plan included assigning specific tasks to each team member so as to maximize efficiency while also allowing for flexibility in case changes needed to be made.

To reach my decision, I consulted with both groups of stakeholders in order to gain an understanding of their respective needs and ensuring everyone was on board with the proposed solution. Once all parties were satisfied, we began creating systems that incorporated our new workflow together with existing software platforms. We also took into account any potential technical challenges or data security risks associated with making such a transition.

Through my research, collaboration and planning efforts we were able to create a robust system which enabled us to streamline processes while still adhering to industry standards – ultimately resulting in an increase in productivity as well as cost savings for both organizations. In addition, by using appropriate jargon during communication with stakeholders I was able show my familiarity with the subject matter – alleviating any doubts about my ability handle such complex projects successfully.
