Describe 3 ethical concepts, including social justice, that apply to your scenario?

Social justice is the idea that everyone should have equal access to resources and rights, regardless of their background or identity. In my scenario, this concept applies by ensuring that all students receive a quality education and are treated equally in the school system. This means not only providing adequate resources for learning, but also offering an environment free from discrimination and bias.
Another ethical concept that applies to my scenario is beneficence.

This entails taking positive actions to improve someone’s situation or wellbeing, such as mentoring underprivileged students or targeting support services at those most in need of help. It also involves acting with care and respect when interacting with people from different backgrounds, avoiding any kind of harassment or abuse based on stereotypes about minority groups.

Lastly, autonomy is an important ethical concept to consider in regards to my scenario. This refers to giving individuals the freedom and agency to make decisions for themselves without interference from external sources such as parents or teachers. Autonomy implies honoring students’ wishes while still providing guidance when necessary; it emphasizes creating an atmosphere where children feel empowered rather than powerless over their own lives and futures.
