Week 1 discussion | Seminar in Organizational Development and Change
The aspect of planned change that I will analyze is how well-thought out plans can be developed in order to effectively bring about desired changes within an organization. This includes considering stakeholders’ needs as well as what resources are needed in order to achieve success. Furthermore, it is important to consider how best to communicate any changes being made in order to ensure understanding among all relevant parties. Finally, it is crucial that any changes implemented are evaluated regularly so that progress can be monitored and adjustments made if necessary. All these aspects should be taken into account when developing a plan for implementing organizational change through action research.
