Which aspect of planned change or what is it about action research that you will analyze?

I will be analyzing the aspect of planned change in action research. Action research is a cycle of processes and activities undertaken by an individual or group of individuals to reflect on their practices, identify any areas for improvement and take deliberate steps towards effecting positive change within their organization. The process involves reflection and learning from outcomes, planning effective actions to address issues identified, taking action to implement those plans, observing the results of those actions and then reflecting on the effectiveness of them before beginning the cycle again.

The aspect of planned change that I will analyze is how well-thought out plans can be developed in order to effectively bring about desired changes within an organization. This includes considering stakeholders’ needs as well as what resources are needed in order to achieve success. Furthermore, it is important to consider how best to communicate any changes being made in order to ensure understanding among all relevant parties. Finally, it is crucial that any changes implemented are evaluated regularly so that progress can be monitored and adjustments made if necessary. All these aspects should be taken into account when developing a plan for implementing organizational change through action research.
