To measure effectiveness, I would deploy Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels of Evaluation which evaluates reactions, learning outcomes/behaviors/knowledge as it relates to related objectives as well as record if any positive or negative effects have been observed. Finally, I will also incorporate ADKAR (Awareness; Desire; Knowledge; Ability; Reinforcement) model when monitoring the effectiveness of my new design by ensuring individual employees are aware of why the change is necessary and how it will benefit them, fostering their desire for change through a clearly outlined benefits package that outlines knowledge requirements needed to successfully implement changes with training programs provide ability for those employees needing additional support before reinforcing desired outputs with rewards system.
In conclusion, combining aspects from various models provides a comprehensive approach into understanding how best to support individuals throughout times of transition while still focusing on achieving organizational goals set forth initially.
