Briefly describe two core values, two strengths, and two characteristics that you would like to strengthen based on the results of your StrengthsFinder assessment.

Two core values I possess, according to my StrengthsFinder assessment, are Strategic Thinking and Achiever. These two values are both important to me as they represent how I approach problem solving and taking on tasks. My natural ability for Strategic Thinking enables me to have the flexibility of thought necessary for adapting quickly in diverse situations. This also helps me create a plan for success related to any projects or goals I’m trying to accomplish. Additionally, being an Achiever allows me to be driven and focused so that I can reach whatever goal is set before me as efficiently as possible.

My strengths include Input and Connectedness which help foster my creativity and curiosity when it comes to exploring new ideas. With regards to Input, this strength allows me the capacity for collecting information from a variety of sources then piecing it together into something meaningful by connecting with seemingly unrelated topics or concepts together in order to unlock potential solutions or discover new insights. Similarly with Connectedness, the ability helps draw connections between people, processes or objects which ultimately builds relationships while exploring various perspectives in order depths that could not be achieved without it.

In terms of characteristics that need improvement based on my assessment results they would likely be Developer & Relator; specifically Developer which takes more focus because it directly correlates with helping others grow in their own skillsets whereas Relator involves building closer relationships on a more personal level which requires less drastic improvements than its counterpart does since it’s already present albeit at an elementary stage of development compared to the other factor (Developer). To strengthen these traits will take time but having awareness about them is a good starting point towards progress eventually being made whether through actively seeking out opportunities where these attributes can manifest themselves organically or through dedicated practice such as volunteering activities that let one help another directly with beneficial interactions happening along the way too serve both parties involved simultaneously.
