Globalization of business increases the complexity of analyzing ethical issues surrounding the use of child labor around the world. It is important to consider not only the effects on children, but also the global economic implications associated with employing this labor force. This includes understanding the cultural context in which child labor is used, assessing how much poorer countries benefit from their involvement in global markets, and determining how much responsibility wealthier countries have for putting an end to such practices.

Additionally, international laws must be taken into account when making decisions about whether or not to continue doing business with companies that employ child labor. Finally, any analysis should include ways to ensure that those most affected by these issues are properly compensated and provided access to educational opportunities instead of relying on exploitative forms of employment.
