Framework:
1. Identify the problem/opportunity: Investigate the current situation to understand what is happening and why it is occurring.
2. Establish objectives and identify stakeholders: Determine the desired outcome of the case study, as well as any potential stakeholders who have an interest in or could benefit from its conclusion.
3. Analyze data collected: Collect relevant data in order to draw meaningful conclusions about the case study’s subject matter. This includes analyzing key business performance indicators such as customer feedback, sales, expenses, and profit margins.
4. Develop solutions/recommendations: Utilize data analysis insights to develop solutions that address both short-term needs and long-term goals for the issue at hand. Consider all available options before making a decision on which solution or recommendation should be pursued moving forward.
5. Implement plan of action: Create a timeline for how each solution or recommendation will be implemented over time in order to maximize impact and achieve desired outcomes within a specified budget and timeframe constraints if applicable .
6 Evaluate results & adjust strategy accordingly : Monitor progress along with associated metrics on an ongoing basis to determine whether additional adjustments are necessary in order for objectives set forth initially to be met successfully.
