The role of the community health nurse in partnership with community stakeholders for population health promotion is to provide leadership, direction and guidance on public health issues. By working with local government, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders, they can coordinate efforts and resources to address local needs related to disease prevention, lifestyle modifications or risk reduction strategies. They also help identify gaps in care or access to resources by assessing the needs of a particular population or area. Finally, they advocate for policy changes that could benefit their communities through improved health outcomes.
