Cpmgt/300: project management 1 week 5
The project closeout process for our team’s project involves several steps. First, a final review of all deliverables is conducted to ensure that they meet the established requirements and quality standards. Once this has been completed, any outstanding issues should be addressed before closing out the project. The next step is to assess the overall performance and determine if any corrective action or lessons learned can be identified in order to improve future projects. Finally, the team should document their findings in a formal report which includes details such as cost/time estimates, risk management practices utilized, and stakeholder feedback. This report should then be shared with relevant stakeholders so that they may take appropriate actions based on its contents.
